In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the Impact Makers of Palatine is hosting a FREE Self-Defense Workshop for the local community.
This 90 minute session for anyone ages 14+ will review personal safety tips as well as practical and effective self-defense techiques. Wear comfortable excercise clothing.
